$157 Million Life Science Building Acquisition

Higgins & Brancheau LLC represented the purchaser and its pension fund partner in the acquisition and financing of a life science building in a major Northeastern market. Our tasks included negotiation of the purchase agreement and the loan documents, title and survey review, negotiation of a holdback escrow agreement and completion of the closing process.
